Data Transfer Made Easy 

Got waypoints? Do you want to move them effortlessly between devices? RayTech RNS 5.0 enables you to transfer waypoint and route data quickly and easily between your PC and your electronic chartplotter or GPS. RayTech supports the following data transfer methods:

• SeaTalk Active Route Transfer between Raymarine SeaTalk capable GPS and Chartplotters (requires optional E85001 SeaTalk Interface)

• hsb2 direct waypoint/route transfer to Pathfinder PLUS series chart displays (requires optional hsb2 interface kit)

• Data transfer via C-MAP NT+ User Card to Raymarine Pathfinder PLUS series chart displays (requires optional user data card and E86008 USB C-Card reader)

• Waypoint/route transfer via Compact Flash memory card to Raymarine C-Series, Raychart 435, and Raychart 435i chartplotters (requires Compact Flash memory card and CF read/write device, purchased separately)

• NMEA 0183 Waypoint/Route transfer using WPL and RTE sentences.

• E-Mail transfer of waypoints and routes to another RayTech RNS 5.0 PC

• Floppy disk or CD-R transfer of waypoints and routes to another RayTech RNS 5.0 PC

RayTech RNS 5.0 acts as a full function repeater, enabling your to perform all of the same functions you have on your Pathfinder PLUS series radar display. RayTech RNS 5.0 supports useful radar navigation features like:

• Variable Range Marker (VRM) and Electronic Bearing Line (EBL): Essential tools for radar navigation.

• MARPA Target Tracking: Tracks up to 10 targets simultaneously, giving the navigator target course, speed, and CPA data.

• Radar/Chart Overlay: Overlay the live radar image over raster or vector charts, aerial photos, or GRIB weather files.
