Nobeltec Admiral is the most powerful electronic charting solution available. It builds on the success of the award winning Visual Navigation Suite™ by adding advanced features designed to solve navigation challenges in an entirely new way. Advanced features include Multi-Monitor support, comprehensive target tracking, GlassBridge™ Network support, vessel scaling and Vessel Management System software. Admiral also includes all of the standard features that have made Nobeltec Navigation Software a favourite of boaters everywhere.

Nobeltec Admiral supports all popular electronic chart formats, including the Passport World Charts, and the new Passport Deluxe.

Nobeltec's IR2 Radar and Insight Sounder can also be fully integrated into Admiral, as well as MR Marine's AIS Receiver. These items can be added at anytime.

Multi Monitor Support
Use a single computer to display Admiral on up to seven monitors. Use the View Manager to easily configure each display, making it easy to know exactly what's going on around your vessel. Configure each screen to your exact specification for a larger viewing area. For example, using one computer and three computer displays you can view a traditional electronic chart on one screen, a Passport Bathy Map on a second and Radar Overlay on a third.

Glass Bridge Network
Multiple computers with Admiral can now work together to create a complete navigation network, providing you with reliability, redundancy and power! The GlassBridge networking solution allows instant sharing of NMEA data , radar overlay, nav objects and even Passport Charts between all computers on the network. Bring a "planning" laptop from home and connect to an onboard network. Configure multiple computers and only install charts once!

Route Wizard
The Nobeltec RouteWizard is a tool that makes creating routes as easy as 1-2-3! Simply click your starting and ending waypoints, enter in route parameters such as depth settings, and the RouteWizard automatically draws the route for you! The RouteWizard can create offshore routes in deep or open water using the low-resolution Passport Bathy Maps that come free inside each Visual Series program.

NavBar
Easily view and manage critical navigation information with Nobeltec’s new NavBar. Tabs such as Man Overboard and Weather can all be viewed with the click of your mouse. The Active Mark tab shows important information for your active route, including ETA and TTG to any waypoint. The Info tab displays critical navigation warnings without covering your chart.


Plan Book The new and improved Planbook makes planning routes and adding or deleting marks simple and easier than ever before. Create and manage all your routes, marks, tracks and boundaries in one place. What’s more, all tide and current links are now accessible on a single screen.	Tides and Currents Nobeltec 7.0 now includes the newest tidal data analysis from NOAA for 2003 and includes data for many stations that were previously unavailable. Predictions can be made through the year 2100, and this newest data makes your predictions more accurate. All primary and secondary NOAA stations are included, and all secondary station adjustments are automatically calculated

ETA Calculator
The new integrated ETA Calculator now automatically attaches tide and current stations for you so that best and worst departure times can be easily calculated. In addition, by inputting your vessels speed over water, the ETA Calculator can also calculate fuel consumption based on tide and current values. These new improvements eliminate the guess work and can save you time and money.

Printing
Nobeltec 7.0 includes all new print capabilities. Overall print quality has been dramatically improved and Nobeltec 7.0 now includes a Route Trip Tick option. Now you can make your voyage even more safe by having paper back ups of what’s on your screen or your entire route.
